Full time care and support
Two full-time support workers will usually work on a rota basis and live-in with you at home or in your halls of residence. One of our assessors draws up a personal support plan with you which describes exactly what you want the support worker to do for you.
You also give a picture of what you like doing so we can introduce support workers to you that we think you’ll get on with. If we get it wrong, just say, and we’ll find someone more suitable. Your support worker will usually be active when you are and sleep when you do.
