Our Facilities
Home2Home provides a welcoming and accessible home with 6 spacious bedrooms, all designed to support individuals with physical disabilities. Each room benefits from private ensuite or shower facilities, ensuring comfort, dignity, and independence.
The home features a large communal living area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, creating a relaxed and social environment where individuals can spend time together or enjoy quieter moments as they choose.
At the front of the property, there is private parking for residents and visitors, with accessible pathways leading around the home to a secure, enclosed private garden. Our sensory garden includes a wheelchair-accessible swing and a beautiful summer house, offering a calm space for relaxation, reflection, and social interaction.
The orangery provides an alternative and inspiring space where individuals can take part in creative and meaningful activities supported by our care staff.
The home offers a safe and supportive environment, enabling individuals to explore, interact, and develop life skills while minimising risk. We also have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, allowing individuals to access community activities, appointments, and social outings.
